Bridges have been around for centuries. They were a way to spread knowledge, assist in trade, and help with transportation. The most common of bridges built were the stone arch bridges. The arch is used as the main structural support, and the stone is an excellent material since it is natural and long-lasting. Some of the advantages of a stone arched bridge:

Therefore, I have created Bridges Training and Consulting. To help build dental practices, so they can become their own stone arched bridge. Where they are strong, structurally sound, have a high level of resistance, and can withstand pressure.

I have been in dentistry for over 20 years. My primary role has always been as office manager, yet I have taken the time to learn other aspects of dentistry, besides the front desk role. Whether it was how to break down and set up an operatory, sterilization, mount x-rays (before there was digital), and some chairside assisting as well. There was no task too small for me to learn. I would also take the time to speak with dentists to learn more, about treatment. By taking the time to do all of this, I feel I have been able to educate patients on what happens in a dental office. My dental career has taken me to private practices, corporate-owned practices, Tribal Facilities, and Federally Qualified Health Care Centers. With each of these offices, I have been able to learn and grown, into who I am today.
In my spare time, I like to spend time with my husband Lewis. We have three children, with our oldest married, the middle moving to the East Coast, and the youngest finally moving out of the house, we are planning some trips! I enjoy reading, watching the National Champions- University of Michigan, and Detroit Lions football.
