Bridges Training and Consulting works with each office to customize a plan that is tailored to them. Our reason for this is because what worked for one practice may not work for another. We are here to build a Bridge and create a TEAM for each individual practice, that is as unique as they are. Not all Bridges are the same, while they may look like it, there are different components to each one. The same goes for dental practices.

​We achieve this by first, meeting with the practice owner. This can be either via a phone call or in-person (or both), at this meeting, we discuss what the practice is looking to achieve, and what Bridges can do for them. Practice owners have a vision of what their practice could be like. When we meet, we discuss the concerns that the practice owner has, discuss the practice goals, KPI’s, and how to ensure that you are getting the most out of your team.

We then meet with the employees and spend a day observing. We evaluate everything. From how the phones are answered, to how patients are being greeted-both by your front office and your back office. After observing everything and speaking to the team for their viewpoints, we create your game plan.
